Bedbug holiday may come back to bite the taxpayers
To say that having bedbugs in the workplace is beyond the dignity of those exposed to them does have merit. However, it raises the question of how did they get there? I don’t think they came from the street or climbed the stairs themselves. They likely came from supplies from vendors or they hitched a ride on someone’s parka.
Most everyone has a fear of something, be it a mouse or a bee, so where does it end? To create a bedbug holiday, I am afraid, is not in the best interests of the taxpayers. It more than likely will be cause to see more, not less, of these pests.
